Lilly Pulitzer in Vogue

Here's another sneak peek at Lilly Pulitzer Spring 2010. Vogue includes the Mira Jumpsuit in it's most recent fashion guide.

I love the one shoulder trend that is popping up for spring. Remember the gorgeous Lilly Pulitzer dress that I previewed for you in their spring line in a previous post? A one shouldered top or dress is very attractive without being over the top. Showing off a shoulder and neck demonstrates confidence in a woman. By bringing attendion to the collarbone, a woman's neck appears longer and slimmer. You'll defintely attract attention in the Mira jumpsuit.

Instead of wearing the belt that comes with the Mira jumpsuit, you could add a ribbon or sash in a solid color to draw attention to the waist. I personally would wear the belt in my hair.

Do you wear one shouldered tops or dresses? What do you think about this trend for spring?

P.S. Remember that tomorrow is the last day to enter to win an autographed copy of Beth Dunn's fabulous book, Social Climbers. You can read her interview and enter the giveaway here.

  1. I LOVE a one shoulder top and wish Mira was just a top, not a jumpsuit. Not feeling this one!

  2. This jumpsuit is super cute, but I have a feeling there needs to be a weight "disclaimer" attached. It will look fab on the uber thin! :-) XOXO

  3. I am in love with this jumpsuit and can not wait to try it on! I've been really interested in the romper/js trend since it became more and more popular last summer, I think it would be such a fun alternative to a dress for a summer event!

  4. I think that on paper it doesn't look that great, but on a person, it looks fantastic! I've been looking forward to this for months!!

  5. I'm not a one shoulder girl. I'm afraid not even with Lilly.
