Good morning! You might remember that I love Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred workout. I guess that "love" might not be the correct word to use, but this workout really does give great results. At the gym, pilates, weight training, and tons of cardio are part of my routine. It's good to mix it up.

Wore my navy top to the gym yesterday. I prefer the navy pants also. Only because they hide the fat better, ha!
