Love the Predictions

Happy Thursday! Earlier this week, I saw that the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a "kinder and gentler" winter. Thank goodness for that! After last winter's record snow storms, I am sure glad to hear that news. The Farmer's Almanac predicts that it will be cold, but with less snow. An even better prediction (in my humble opinion!) comes from my friends at NOAA, who say that the winter temperatures for the Southeast will be warmer than normal.

Fingers crossed that the predictions are correct!

Today's post is to give you a little last bit of all things green, since I'm already starting to see signs of fall...

Maybe you can squeeze in one last little trip to hear the waves...

And while you're there, watch a spectacular sunset...

If you can't get to the ocean, here's a beautiful idea for portraits...

Even snails are cute on green...or the snail mail print...

Have a party and celebrate one last time before the weather turns cool and crisp...

Catch a glimpse of the summer sunflowers that almost scrape the sky!

Whenever I get the winter blues, I always remember that spring is just around the corner...

Have a beautiful green day!

xoxo

Oh how I hope you are right! I don't know how the Baltimore area could deal with another winter like last year!!

I hope the Farmer's Almanac is right, because last winter was a doozey! Warmer than normal is fine by me. Just bring on the cooler weather, now. I'm ready to bid farewell to this hotter-than-hot summer!

Last winter did me in. Every time the road was plowed, we had another blizzard (or so it seemed).
