Lilly Pulitzer Bridal

Have you heard about the Lilly Pulitzer bridal collection? You wore Lilly on your first date, on your engagement, and for many, many special occasions in your life. Why not wear your favorite designer on the most special day of your life?

Designer Bride, also known for designing gowns for Angel Sanchez and Carmen Marc Valvo, is partnering with Lilly to offer twelve gorgeous wedding gowns to Lilly loving brides.

The pieces include traditional "Lilly" details like Lilly lace and a hint of color. Many have belt details or lace overlay.

My favorite is the Lindsey with the full organza skirt. I just wish that this model would smile just a little bit. Brides are supposed to be happy, right?

Another fantastic dress from the 2011 collection is the Lydia. Notice the belt details in this gorgeous gown.

The Libby gown seems well suited to a summer wedding. I can envision a beautiful bride surrounded by flowers and a gazebo wearing this lace covered dress.

One gown is a non-traditional one shoulder dress in a shorter length. The Lexie is such a unique gown and a departure from the expected.

What do you think about this bridal collection? Would you (or did you!) incorporate Lilly details in to your wedding? I'd love to hear your thoughts and see pictures of your special day!

Weddings are on my mind a lot lately. Don't get excited...I'm going to be a guest at three weddings in the next two months. Saturday, October 23, is the first of the three weddings, for my cousin Courtney.

Stay tuned in the next few weeks for other wedding related segments...

  1. Beautiful, especially the Lydia

  2. This is soo exciting! I love looking at wedding dresses!

  3. Beautiful! But what is up with the tattoo on the back of that one model?!
