Guadalajara!

I'm in Guadalajara, Mexico!
This is the first time I've been to Guadalajara and it's so much fun to get to know this colonial city. The Zócalo, main square, is anchored by the Guadalajara Cathedral or Catedral de la Asunción de María Santísima.

Yes, these boys are doing just what you think they're doing in the fountain...it's called the "kids peeing" fountain! The statues are made of bronze and this fountain is found in a pedestrian plaza.

While in the Zocalo, you'll see many horse drawn carriages. So beautiful! As usual, I'm eating like a champ and enjoying things to the fullest. Tomorrow will be such an exciting day, too!

How absolutely beautiful! I'm guessing you'd mentioned you were going, but I forgot. Is this another big wedding???
