Game Day Recipe

Here's a modified version of a classic game day recipe. This buffalo chicken dip is delicious on sliced baguette or crackers. For an extra special presentation, hollow out a round loaf of country bread and serve the dip in the bread bowl. It's also delicious with crudites.

Here's what you need:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup light or fat free ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup any flavor buffalo sauce (I like Frank's!)
1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

Here's what you do:
1. Combine softened cream cheese, salad dressing, and hot sauce in a bowl and stir well.
2. Add the cheese and chicken, making sure that the ingredients are well blended.
3. Put the mixture in a small slow cooker and heat on low for about 3 hours. Stir before serving.

It's delicious and easy! You'll have plenty of time to make other treats by using the slow cooker. For a fast and easy clean up, I like to use the Reynold's Slow Cooker liners.

P.S. Isn't the Pin the Football on the Goal game the cutest thing ever for little ones at the Super Bowl party? Love it!

  1. So funny that you posted this today. Last night I was talking to hubby about making buffalo chicken dip to take to the Super Bowl party that we are attending. I actually haven't made it, but have been waiting for an excuse to try it!

  2. Sounds great and so easy thank you for sharing. I am a new visitor and a new follower.
