Look at what I found on Net-a-Porter:
Founded as an artisanal leather workshop in 1941, Coach has grown to represent quintessential all-American style. Today, under creative director Reed Krakoff, the focus continues to be on exquisite workmanship, quality and durability. NET-A-PORTER is pleased to be the exclusive launch partner of the 'Coach Classics' collection, comprising five iconic bags originally introduced in the '70s by designer and American sportswear pioneer Bonnie Cashin, and notable for their timelessness and craftsmanship.
These five Coach Classics will be available on June 15 and will range in price from $298 to $498. Sign up on the Net-a-Porter website to be the first to know when the collection goes live.
Isn't it so wonderful to find an old classic? You know what they say, good things never go out of style.

I just ordered a coach classic bag straight from Coach. It is great. It makes me wonder why companies ever decide to change their product designs when they have something that everyone loves.
ReplyDeleteOh I love the old coach bags too without the C's! Thanks for the tidbit!
ReplyDeleteI agree w/ you about "before the Cs"!!
ReplyDeleteI've never been a fan of the Cs and the same with the direction that Dooney & Bourke went. I'm so glad I kept my leather Coach bags in such good shape. I'll have to break them out again!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I don't care for the ones with a C all over it. I don't need everyone knowing what I carry. I have been dreaming of buying a brown leather one.

ReplyDeletelove all of these. Super happy I found your blog. I'm a new follower, I hope you will as well. I started my blog a little over a month ago. It's all about celebrity fashion from the point of view of an LA stylist. Stop by to see multiple post a day on all the latest celebrity fashion news and check out pictures from the fall/winter preview I attended yesterday in Beverly Hills. Would love your support. xoxo

Ohhhhhhhhhh! I heard about this but hadn't seen the pictures!!!! SUPER FAB! THANKS!!!
ReplyDeleteGood for Coach for bringing back the classics. I'll admit to a few of the "C" bags I have picked up at the outlet, on my way north a couple of times, that are in my closet. However, they don't get into the rotation very often.
ReplyDeleteThe three soft leather bags I bought years ago see much more action. It looks like they have changed the shoulder strap of the bag shown in TOPH to a loop.
