Calypso St. Barth (Again!)

Over the weekend, I made my usual weekly trip to Target to check out the sweet spot for some $1 goodies for the 4th of July. Of course, it’s impossible to visit Target without taking a quick spin through the rest of the store…just in case I needed something.

Imagine my delight and surprise when I found the Calypso St. Barth collection at a wonderful discount.

Even before the official launch of the collection, every fashionista knew that it would be a must have in the preppy wardrobe. Once Calypso St. Barth hit Target stores on May 1, many shoppers rushed to their locals stores to see it in person. The silver pouf and the adorable elephant teapot flew out of stores immediately, but it seemed like many items in the collection didn’t move as quickly as other Target collaborations, like Liberty of London, have in the past.

In my local Target, a small selection is still available and the prices are amazing. Everything is at least 30% off the original price with many items at 50% off or more.

Here are some goodies that I found…

The silk crochet neck tunic fits true to size or perhaps a little on the large side and looks fabulous with white jeans.

Wear this adorable pink chemise over your bathing suit this summer at the beach. It will certainly match almost every suit you own.

The minnies already have this adorable elephant tunic in the pink, but at around $10, the blue was a must have! Natalia loves to wear her tunic with bike shorts or leggings, but it's also perfect as a cover up at the pool.

The gold espadrille wedges from Calypso St. Barth are one of my favorite shoes this season. I wear mine at least once a week. The pink wedges will add a pop of color to summer outfits.

The bargain of the day was this turquoise sheath dress at over 50% off the original price. The fit is very flattering and true to size.

Sale prices are only valid in-store, so visit Target today. Please let me know what you find.

  1. I was thrilled to find myself in a Target a couple of days after the collection launched. I scooped up a few goodies, including the top you posted, but in another color. I would love to get a few more things discounted!

  2. I also went to Target this week and was so surprised to see the Calypso collection already on sale! The sizes were limited but I got an adorable turquoise and lime green sleeveless top that cinches on the sides. So cute!

  3. Good news! Hopefully I'll be able to pop in Target tonight to take advantage of the discounts!

  4. oooo...thanks for the tip! I love the silk tunic, but didn't think the quality afforded the original price tag. fingers crossed I can find one!

  5. I love the Calypso stuff at Target. And am so sad that I am between sizes and wasn't able to get anything.

  6. I actually bought the girls' size elephant tunic to wear myself. I love elephants so I couldn't resist :)

  7. I am going to run to Target as soon as I land in MN next week and check out the sale. Hoepfully their selction will be less pciked over than Dallas!
