Ribbon Transforms a Tray

A little bit of ribbon can transform a party tray and adds a pop of color to any sweets table or buffet. For my sister's baby shower this weekend, I used ribbon to transform a two tier tray that I used for cupcakes at my minnies' First Communion.

The blue and green grosgrain ribbon matched the party decor perfectly. Put a little bit of double sided tape on ribbon and arrange in a circular fashion, working your way around the tray.

Carefully overlap each piece of ribbon just a little bit. You don't need to use a lot of double sided tape; just a little bit on each end and a piece or two in the center will do the trick.

It's a quick and easy way to add a special touch to any serving tray. Change the color or pattern for any party.  The possibilities are endless!

Have a great day!  I'm going to try to stay dry and warm today, since I feel like I could float away with all of the rain we've had this week.
