Lilly Inspired Wedding

What’s a Lilly loving girl to do when she’s planning her wedding? Of course, she is going to include Lilly Pulitzer inspirations in her special day. When Angela, of Southern Fried Bride, shared details of her wedding with me, I knew that I had to share it with you.

She’s a beautiful bride and her happiness is so obvious in her gorgeous pictures! Here she is on her wedding day in a picture that was featured on Good Morning America.  This is her favorite picture.

The gorgeous pink hydrangeas adorn the table at one of her bridal showers.

Angela looks so pretty and preppy in her pink Lilly Pulitzer ensemble at a wedding shower.

Even her gifts match the theme of the event.  What a pretty pink present!

Flower girl Adi delivered this pink and green polka dotted cookie to Angela on her wedding day!  What a sweet treat.

Lilly inspired pink and green elements filled this day of joy from the invitations, to personalized napkins and paper goods, to the cake and the sweet favors she gave to wedding guests.  Angela from The Southern Fried Bride did an amazing job with her wedding!  Everything is beautiful.

Have you ever incorporated Lilly Pulitzer inspired details in a party celebration?  What did you do?  If you would like your party to be featured on Maryland Pink and Green, contact me with the details.  I'd love to share your ideas with my readers.

Thank you, Angela, for sharing your wedding with me.

xoxo

  2. Adorable post! I so enjoyed it, and now am a follower of the Southern Fried Bride. When I invite two of my dearest girlfriends to our beach condo, we transform the place into Lilly Central! Lights, pom pom's, wall decals, and OH SO MUCH MORE. As the hostess of this 10 day get~away this year, I shall wear Lilly on a daily basis. We shop at three fabulous Lilly stores. Even our cocktails are dressed up in Lilly. Last year each of us had new Lilly koozies for our DC to take in my Lilly cooler to the beach. I could go on and on truly. This season's summering ala Lilly can't come soon enough. A mere 228 until we leave for our 12 day Lilly Slumber Party at our beach home! I can't WAIT!

    Love,
    Mrs. Kindergarten
