Depends on the time of the year. Right now my girlfriends and I have been talking about a crazy weekend, while we're still single and w/o kids. But in the warmer months, definitely Charleston, SC!
Cape Cod is a great place to visit for a weekend or so, but for longer vacations Waterville Valley in New Hampshire is the way to go. It's in the middle of the White Mountains and so beautiful!
