All you need is a box of angel food cake mix and six pudding cups. I used lemon meringue pie pudding, but have also used lemon and butterscotch. All of these variations have worked beautifully!
To prepare the mix, simply blend the pudding with the cake mix. I used a mixer, but you could also do this by hand and get the same results.
Pour the mix into a 9 x 13 inch pan. I coated the pan with Baker's Joy first. Bake in a 350 degree over for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar!
