The collection looks amazing and I love the fit, styles, and prints from spring. First on my list is the Bentley V-Neck Shift Dress. The shift dress is incredibly flattering and fits true to size. I didn't have to size up in this one. I'm wearing a size 4 here and it is perfect. I love the detail on the double v neckline.
The Rosie Square Neck Shift Dress is a stunning throwback to the Lilly Pulitzer shift dresses from a few years ago. The lace detail on the neckline is a delightful detail on this flattering shift dress. The empire waist is so slimming and the print is so retro Lilly. You really COULD hide juice stains in this adorable print. I'm 5'4" and the length is perfect on me. This dress is appropriate for a variety of occasions.
If you could only buy one dress this season, it would have to be the Janice Knit Shift Dress. Thanks to a little bit of stretch, the fit of this dress is absolutely perfect. The textured fabric is substantial enough that it hides little imperfections and fits true to size. I'm wearing a size small. The gold soutache trim is elegant and timeless.
If the knit Janice dress is the dress you must have if you can only choose one, the Briella Dress in the Johnny B print is the one dress this season that I predict everyone will want! I recommend getting this one now before it is gone. I've always been a fan of the Briella dress and love the fit and flare style that is so flattering to my pear shape. The lace trim and pop of color on this dress is what makes it such a winner. The dress fits true to size. I'm wearing a size small.
I bought the Palmetto T-shirt Dress in the Bright Navy In the Vias print to wear now with tights, boots, and a cardigan. I love how different the print looks in the navy variation. Although I could have gotten away with this dress in a size small, I sized up to a medium because the arms seemed a little bit snug in the small. I also prefer to have my t-shirt dresses a little bit loose and not so form fitting.
Which dress is at the top of your wish list for spring?

DeleteMy favorite on you is the Rosie square you look great. 2nd I would go with the Janice it's perfect for Elle's mom. I will be one running to get the Brielle it is perfect. I got the Janice in shorley blue as an incentive dress to quickly lose weight for my March birthday. I want to wait it paired perfectly with my aquamarine and diamond jewelry. Love them all!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Karen! I'm actually wearing a Lilly Jubilee dress for Legally Blonde. I didn't want to steal Elle's thunder in all pink. :)
DeleteThanks for the juice! I was wondering the same and being in the third trimester not able to try on too much! Appreciate the great reporting ;)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Jennifer! The good news is that a lot of the knit dresses work well for a baby bump.
DeleteOmgosh, the Briella dress, that pink...to die for. It's very Elle Woods. You wear a size small; you are tiny! Love your style!
ReplyDeleteToo funny that you mention Elle Woods. I just played the part of her mother in a play at the high school where I work.
