$16 Dress Perfection

 How has your week been? After getting back from vacation, this week has been relatively calm. I started working with summer school students on Monday. It's a partially online experience, so I only meet with students once a week. 

This summer, while I have the time and things are quiet, I've set a goal to organize and clean one room a day. I took everything out of the china cabinet, and then returned it to its original spot. It feels so good to give things a deep clean every so often. 

Like many of you probably do, I spend a lot of time on Amazon, picking up everything from household basics to last minute items that I need quickly. But lately, I've discovered that so many clothing items on Amazon are high quality, in addition to the amazing price. 

This adorable gingham dress is on sale right now for $16.50 and is available in 9 different colors. It fits true to size, and I'm wearing a size small. With no zippers, buttons, or ties, it's easy to wear and get dressed quickly. 

I paired the pretty grey color with a Lele Sadoughi headband and pom pom slides. 

Now that summer is officially here, I'm spending as much time as I can outdoors. All of the flowers around the neighborhood are in bloom. 

This weekend, we're going to get together with some friends for a party by the water. I'm making my standard no bake graham cracker cake that I bring to most summer gatherings. Easy and delicious.
